Use of Had to in Hindi – Rules and Examples

Had to का प्रयोग भूतकाल में किसी व्यक्ति की मजबूरी या अनिवार्यता को व्यक्त करने के लिए करते हैं। अर्थात किसी व्यक्ति के द्वारा बीते हुए समय में कोई कार्य मजबूरी में करना पड़ता था या उसे करना पड़ा। जैसे;

• उसे कल आगरा जाना पड़ा।
  He had to go to Agra.
• मुझे अपनी कार बेचनी पड़ी।
  I had to sell my car.
• राम को 2:00 बजे निकलना पड़ा।
  Ram had to leave at 2 o’clock.
• सीता को 10:00 बजे ऑफिस पहुंचना पड़ता था।
  Sita had to reach the office at 10 o’clock.
• राहुल को कमरे साफ करने पड़ते थे।
  Rahul had to clean the rooms.
• उसे नए कपड़े खरीदने पड़े।
  He had to buy new clothes.
• तुम्हें 2 दिन पहले यहां आना पड़ा।
  You had to come here two days ago.
• राजू को कौन-सी जगह जाना पड़ा?
  Which place Raju have to go?
• हमें उसे सच नहीं बताना पड़ा।
  We did not have to tell the truth.
• रेखा को घर साफ नहीं करना पड़ता था।
  Rekha did not have to clean the house.

Note: उपर्युक्त वाक्यों में Subjects के के द्वारा किसी मजबूरी या बाध्यता का बोध भूतकाल में कराया जा रहा है। इन वाक्यों से पता चलता है कि कि इन्हें कोई कार्य मजबूरी में या बाध्यता की वजह से करना पड़ता था या करना पड़ा।

Use of Had to Rules in Hindi

Rule (1): Had to का प्रयोग Singular तथा Plural Nouns के साथ करते हैं।

Rule (2): Had to का प्रयोग Singular तथा Plural Pronouns के साथ करते हैं।

Rule (3): Had to के साथ Main Verb की First Form का प्रयोग करते हैं।

• The boy had to go.

Affirmative Sentences of Had to

Had to के Affirmative Sentences बनाने के लिए सब्जेक्ट के बाद का प्रयोग करते हैं। वाक्य का Subject चाहे Singular हो या Plural सभी के साथ Had to का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

Negative Sentences of Had to

Had to के Negative Sentences बनाने के लिए सब्जेक्ट के बाद did not have to लगा देते हैं। इनमें had not to नहीं लगाया जाता है। Subject के बाद didn’t have to भी लगा सकते हैं। नीचे दिया गया सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर ध्यान से देखें;

Interrogative Sentences of Had to

Had to के Interrogative Sentences दो प्रकार के होते हैं; क्या वाले तथा प्रश्नवाचक वाचक वाले वाक्य। दोनों प्रकार के वाक्यों को हिंदी से अंग्रेजी में ट्रांसलेट करने के नियम तथा सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर नीचे दिए गए हैं।

Yes-No Type Questions of Had to

यदि वाक्य ‘क्या’ से शुरू हो तो ‘क्या’ की अंग्रेजी नहीं लगाते हैं उसके स्थान पर Did लगाते हैं। नीचे दिया गया Sentence Structure प्रयोग करते हैं।

Wh-Word Type Questions of Had to

यदि वाक्य के बीच में कोई प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य आया है तो उसकी अंग्रेजी Sentence के प्रारंभ में लगाते हैं तथा नीचे दगा सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर फॉलो करते हैं।
