Present Perfect Continuous Tense हिंदी में पूर्ण अपूर्ण वर्तमान काल कहते हैं। इस टेंस का प्रयोग उन कार्यों या घटनाओं को व्यक्त करने के लिए किया जाता है जो भूतकाल में शुरू हुई हो और वर्तमान में अभी भी जारी हो। जैसे;

1. वह 4:00 बजे से अपना ग्रह कार्य कर रहा है।
He has been doing his homework since four o’clock.

2. राजा कई वर्षों से अपने राज्य का विस्तार कर रहा है।
The king has been expanding his kingdom for many years.

3. तुम अपनी परीक्षा 2 वर्षों से टाल रहे हो।
You have been postponing your exam for 2 years.

4. मैं 3 घंटे से इस समस्या को हल करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं।
I have been trying to solve this problem since 3 hours.

5. चपरासी 2:00 बजे से कमरे साफ कर रहा है।
The peon has been cleaning the room since 2 o’clock.

6. वह 4 घंटे से बस का इंतजार कर रहा है।
He has been waiting for the bus for 4 hours.

7. बच्चे सुबह से अपनी पुस्तकें पढ़ रहे हैं।
Children have been reading their books since morning.

8. वह बचपन से फ्रेंच सीख रहा है।
He has been learning French since his childhood.

9. वे 4 घंटे से धरने पर बैठे हुए हैं।
They have been sitting on strike for 4 hours.

10. कमल कुछ दिनों से कुछ ढूंढने का प्रयास करना है।
Kamal has been trying to find something for a few days.

Note: प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के ऊपर दिए गए वाक्यों में कार्य पास्ट में प्रारंभ हुआ और वर्तमान में जारी है। इस टेंस के वाक्यों की संरचना has been तथा have been और मुख्य क्रिया की फर्स्ट फॉर्म से हुआ है।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense का प्रयोग होने कार्य या घटनाओं को व्यक्त करने के लिए किया जाता है, जो भूतकाल में प्रारंभ हुई हो तथा वर्तमान में अभी भी जारी हो और उनके आगे जारी रहने की संभावना हो। प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के वाक्य में समय का वर्णन भी होता है। जैसे;

1. मोहन 2 घंटे से फोन पर बात कर रहा है। (He has been talking on the phone for two hours.)

2. मैं सुबह से अंग्रेजी के वाक्य सीख रहा हूं। (I have been learning the sentence of English since morning.)

3. मैं 2 घंटे से यह फिल्म देख रहा हूं। (I have been watching this movie for 2 hours.)

4. राजेश 4 सालों से इस कंपनी में काम कर रहा है। (Rajesh has been working in this company for 4 years.)

5. तुम पिछले रविवार से कहां जा रहे हो? (Where have you been going since last Sunday?)

6. वह 7:00 बजे से बगीचे में फूल नहीं तोड़ रहा है। (He has not been plucking flowers in the garden since 7 o’clock.)

7. सोहन 4:00 बजे से अपनी कहानी का अनुवाद कर रहा है। (Sohan has been translating hate story since 4 o’clock.)

8. ये खिलाड़ी 4:00 बजे से फुटबॉल मैच खेल रहे हैं। (These players have been playing football match since 4 o’clock.)

9. राजू 4 साल से हिंदू विश्वविद्यालय में पढ़ाई कर रहा है। (Raju has been studying in Hindu University for four years.)

10. राजेश इस नगर में 3 वर्षो से काम कर रहा है। (Rajesh has been working in this town for three years.)

Explanation: – ऊपर दिए गए वाक्यों में से पहले वाक्य में मोहन ने 2 घंटे पहले किसी से फोन पर बात करना शुरू किया अर्थात यह कार्य भूत काल में शुरू हुआ और अभी भी जा रही है अर्थात वह फोन पर अभी भी बात कर रहा है। दूसरे वाक्य में किसी के द्वारा अंग्रेजी के बाद के सीखने की शुरुआत सुबह से हुई और अभी भी जारी है।

पहले वाक्य का समय अनिश्चित है क्योंकि हमें उसका निश्चित बिंदु पता नहीं है जबकि दूसरे वाक्य का समय निश्चित है जिसका प्रारंभ बिंदु हमें पता है।

इसी प्रकार अन्य वाक्यों में भी कार्य किसी निश्चित या अनिश्चित समय से प्रारंभ हुआ है और वर्तमान काल में इसके जारी होने का बोध हो रहा है।

जिन हिंदी वाक्यों के क्रियाओं के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं, रहा हूं, हुआ है, हुई है आदि शब्द आते हैं तथा समय भी दिया होता है ऐसे वाक्य प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के होते हैं। जैसे;

सुमित सुबह से पढ़ रहा है।
रोहन जनवरी से यहां रह रहा है।
सीता 4 महीने से विद्यालय नहीं आ रही है।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense के अंग्रेजी वाक्यों की पहचान करने के लिए वाक्यों में has been/have been तथा मुख्य क्रिया की फर्स्ट फॉर्म में -ing लगी हो तो वाक्य प्रजेंट परफेक्ट टेंस के होते हैं। जैसे;

Sumit has been studying since morning.
Rohan has been living here since January.
Sita has not been coming to school for 4 months.
Have you been crying for 2 hours?
Where has he been working for four years?
Rohan has been teaching you since 2 o’clock.
Horses have been eating grass since morning.
The peon has been ringing the bell since 3 o’clock.

Present Continuous Tense के Hindi से अंग्रेजी में सेंटेंस बनाने के नियम निम्नलिखित हैं।

Rule (1) – Singular Subjects के साथ सहायक क्रिया has been जो इनका प्रयोग करते हैं।

Rule (2) – Plural Subjects के साथ सहायक क्रिया Have Been का प्रयोग करते हैं।

Rule (3) – वाक्य में दिए गए निश्चित समय (point of time) के लिए Since प्रयोग करते हैं।

4:00 बजे से (since 4 o’clock
3 जनवरी से (since 3 January)
2001 से (since 2001)
दीपावली से (since dipawali)
कल से (since yesterday)
रविवार से (since Sunday)
1956 से (since 1956)
पिछले रविवार से (since last Sunday)

Rule (4) – यदि वाक्य में अनिश्चित समय (period of time) आया है तो उसके लिए for का प्रयोग करते हैं।

1 घंटे से (for an hour)
1 दिन से (for a day)
1 साल से (for a year)
1 महीने से (for two hours)
1 सप्ताह से (for a week)
2 सालों से (for two years)
3 महीने से (for three months)
बहुत देर से (for a long time)
4 घंटे से (for four hours)
कई दिनों से (for many days)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense के affirmative sentences को बनाने के लिए नीचे दिए गए स्टेप्स को फॉलो करते हैं

सबसे पहले वाक्य का कर्ता रखते हैं।
कर्ता के अनुसार सहायक क्रिया को रखते हैं।
उसके बाद में क्रिया को रखते हैं।
मुख्य क्रिया के बाद ऑब्जेक्ट को रखते हैं।
ऑब्जेक्ट के बाद अन्य शब्दों को रखा जाता है।
उसके बाद since/for का प्रयोग करते हैं।
वाक्य में दिए हुए समय रखते हैं।

Structure: Subject + has been/have been + verb I + ing + object + other words + since/for + time

7. किशन सुबह से दौड़ रहा है।

20. मैं चार जनवरी से उर्दू पढ़ने जा रही हूं।
I have been going to learn French since four January.

21. तुम्हारे मित्र शाम से क्रिकेट खेल रहे हैं।
Your friends have been playing cricket since evening.

22. यह हाथी 2:00 बजे से जंगल में भटक रहा है।
Your elephant has been wandering in the forest since two o’clock.

23. चोर 2 मिनट से ताला खोलने की कोशिश कर रहा है।
The thief has been trying to unlock the the lock for two minutes.

24. मैं इस घर की सफाई कई वर्षों से कर रहा हूं।
I have been cleaning this house for many years.

25. जज साहब 5 सालों से अपराधियों को सजा दे रहे हैं।
The judge has been punishing the criminal for five years.

26. रेखा 2 दिनों से अपने बच्चों को संगीत सिखा रही है।
Rekha has been teaching music to her children since 2 days.

27. यह लड़के कल से बाग से फल चुरा रहे हैं।
These boys have been stealing fruits from the garden since yesterday.

28. आपका नौकर 3 दिनों से काम कर रहा है।
Your servant has been working for 3 days.

29. उसका छोटा भाई 2 सालों से अमेरिका में रह रहा है।
His younger brother has been living in America for 2 years.

30. यह छोटे बच्चे 2 घंटे से मुझे परेशान कर रहे हैं।

Negative sentences of Present Perfect Continuous Tense

नकारात्मक सेंटेंस बनाने के लिए हेल्पिंग वर्ब has been तथा have been के बीच में not जोड़ते हैं। या has been तथा have been की contraction form ‘hasn’t been/haven’t been’ को प्रयोग करते हैं तथा दिये गए सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर को फॉलो करते हैं।

Structure: Subject + has not been/have not been + verb I + ing + object + other words + since/for + time

1. राजेश एक बजे से नहीं खा जा रहा है।
Rajesh has been not been eating since one o’clock.

2. मैं 2 दिन से स्कूल नहीं जा रहा हूं।
I have not been going to school for two days.

3. हम 4:00 बजे से नहीं लिख रहे हैं।
We have not been writing since 4 o’clock.

4. पिताजी जून से दफ्तर नहीं जा रहे हैं।
Father has not been going to office since June.

5. तुम पिछले 1 घंटे से पत्र नहीं लिख रहे हो।

6. कुणाल कुछ दिन से खाना नहीं खा रहा है।

21. पक्षी 4 घंटे से पूरब दिशा में उड़ रहे हैं।

प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कंटीन्यूअस टेंस के प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य बनाने के लिए उनके सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर को समझना आवश्यक है। नीचे दिए गए प्रश्न वाचक वाक्य के सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर की मदद से आप क्या से शुरू होने वाले भाग तथा किसी प्रश्नवाचक शब्द से शुरू होने वाले वाक्यों वाक्यों को हिंदी से अंग्रेजी में बनाना सीख जाएंगे।

Yes-No Type Interrogative Sentences

यदि वाक्य ‘क्या’ शुरू है तो “क्या’ शब्द की अंग्रेजी नहीं लगाते हैं। उसकी जगह सहायक क्रिया has तथा have को वाक्य के प्रारंभ में रखते हैं तथा नीचे दिए गया सेंटेंस स्ट्रक्चर फॉलो करते हैं।

सबसे पहले ‘क्या’ की अंग्रेजी की जगह Has या Have को सब्जेक्ट के अनुसार रखते हैं।
उसके बाद कर्ता (subject) रखते हैं तथा कर्ता के बाद been लगाते हैं।
उसके बाद मुख्य क्रिया की फर्स्ट फॉर्म में ing जोड़कर लिखते हैं।
क्रिया के बाद कर्म (object) रखते हैं।
कर्म के बाद आने शब्दों को लिखते हैं तथा अंत में since या for का प्रयोग करके दिए हुए समय को लिख देते हैं।
